Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 21, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (also called our Terms of Service) govern your use of Sheetrocket. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The Service

Sheetrocket connects to Google Sheets you authorize and lets you publish that data as catalogue websites, embeddable widgets, client portals, and a REST API. Features available to you depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account and keep that account secure. You are responsible for activity under your Sheetrocket account. You must be able to enter into this agreement. If you use Sheetrocket for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

3. Google Sheets and your data

You keep ownership of the Google Sheets and other content you connect or upload. You grant Sheetrocket a limited licence to access, cache, and display that content only as needed to provide the service you request, including hosted pages, embeds, portals, and API responses.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions of data in your sheets, and for who can view pages or widgets you publish. Do not connect sheets that contain data you are not allowed to process or share.

4. Hosted pages, widgets, and portals

When you publish with Sheetrocket:

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sheetrocket to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these terms.

6. Subscriptions and refunds

Paid plans renew until you cancel. Fees, plan limits, and refunds are described at checkout and in our Refund Policy. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not always refund the current period.

7. Intellectual property

Sheetrocket, including our software, templates, and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reuse it except as needed to use the service. Templates you publish remain our designs; your sheet data remains yours.

8. Third-party services

Sheetrocket relies on Google, including Google Sheets and Google sign-in. Your use of Google products is also governed by Google's terms and policies. We are not responsible for Google outages, permission changes, or data stored in your Google account.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that hosted pages, embeds, portals, or the API will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that cached sheet data is always current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheetrocket and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you are on a free plan.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Sheetrocket against claims arising from your content, your published pages or widgets, your client portals, or your breach of these terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using Sheetrocket and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. After termination, published URLs and API access may stop working. We may retain logs as needed for security, billing, and legal compliance.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Privacy

How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
