Pricing questions
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade your plan changes at the end of your billing period.
What happens to my sites and widgets if I downgrade?
Your sites and widgets stay active. If you have more than the free plan allows the oldest ones remain active and newer ones are paused. You can choose which ones to keep active.
Does the free plan expire?
No. The free plan is free forever. There is no trial period. You can use SheetRocket on the free plan for as long as you like.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan we will refund your payment in full. No questions asked.
What is the difference between Pro and Agency?
Pro is for individuals and small businesses managing their own sites. Agency is for freelancers and agencies managing multiple client sites. Agency includes white label branding, unlimited APIs, higher request limits, and priority support.
